01Introduction

Xorosol ("Xorosol," "we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications ("Apps") across utility, productivity, entertainment, and mapping categories, distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy applies to all Apps published by Xorosol that link to it, and describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

Some Apps may collect additional information specific to their features, in which case that information and its use will also be disclosed either within the App itself or in an App-specific supplement to this policy.

02Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Some Apps let you contact us for support, feedback, or account-related requests. When you do, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our Apps, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device information — device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and language settings.
  • Usage data — screens viewed, features used, session length, and interaction events, used to understand how the App is used and to fix issues.
  • Diagnostic data — crash reports and performance logs, used to identify and fix bugs.
  • Approximate or precise location — only for Apps whose core feature requires it (for example, our mapping and navigation Apps), and only if you grant location permission.

2.3 Permissions-Based Information

Depending on the App and the features you choose to use, we may request permission to access your camera, microphone, photo library, storage, or contacts. We only request the permissions a given App needs for the feature you are using (for example, a voice-related App may request microphone access to record audio), and we do not access these on-device resources for any purpose beyond that feature unless separately disclosed within the App.

03How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Apps and their features;
  • Monitor and improve App performance, stability, and usability;
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your requests;
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse;
  • Deliver and measure advertising, where applicable to a given App;
  • Process in-app purchases and subscriptions, where applicable to a given App;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

04Advertising & Third-Party Services

Some of our Apps display advertising to support free access to features, delivered through third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob. These networks may collect and use device identifiers (such as your advertising ID), approximate location, and usage data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your activity across apps and websites.

You can limit ad personalization through your device settings — on iOS, under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising; on Android, under Settings > Privacy > Ads. We do not knowingly permit ad networks to serve personalized ads to users we know to be children.

We also use analytics and crash-reporting services, such as Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics), to understand App usage and stability. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

05In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain Apps offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features or content. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play's billing system — we do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple and Google may share limited transaction information with us (such as purchase confirmation and subscription status) to unlock the purchased features in the App.

Subscription price, billing cycle, and cancellation terms are disclosed within each App before purchase and can also be managed at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

06Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and advertising (bound by their own confidentiality and data-protection obligations);
  • Apple and Google, as required to operate app distribution, billing, and platform services;
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Xorosol, our users, or the public;
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy continuing to apply to previously collected information.

07Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our Apps, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our custody; however, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below, and we will take steps to promptly delete such information from our records.

09Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area, the UK, and California (under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA respectively) may have specific statutory rights along these lines.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12 below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10International Data Transfers

Our Apps are distributed globally, and information we collect may be stored or processed in countries other than your own, including by third-party service providers described above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect information transferred internationally.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be highlighted within our Apps or on this page.
