01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Xorosol ("Xorosol," "we," "us," or "our") governing your download, installation, and use of any mobile application we publish (each, an "App"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

02License to Use Our Apps

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Xorosol grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the app store from which it was downloaded.

This license does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

03User Accounts

Some Apps may allow or require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

04In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain Apps offer optional in-app purchases, including auto-renewing subscriptions, for premium features or content. Pricing, billing period, and renewal terms are disclosed within the App before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase (or an updated price, where you have been notified in advance as required by the applicable store).
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies — Xorosol does not process payments or refunds directly.

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use an App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to an App, its servers, or related systems;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with an App outside of its intended interface;
• Upload or transmit any content through an App that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any purchase, licensing, or security mechanism within an App.

06Intellectual Property

The Apps, including their code, design, graphics, trademarks, and content (excluding any content you provide), are owned by Xorosol or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any such intellectual property to you.

07Third-Party Services & Advertising

Our Apps may display third-party advertising and integrate third-party services (such as analytics and crash reporting) as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

08Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Xorosol only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In addition:

• The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, except where required by applicable consumer law; any warranty claims are the sole responsibility of Xorosol as described in these Terms.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising from consumer protection or similar legislation.
• In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Xorosol, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, and resolution of such claims to the extent required by these Terms.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

09Google Play Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play's applicable Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or these Terms, except that Google may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary to the extent it relates to your use of the App.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are limited or prohibited by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xorosol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, an App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of an App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Xorosol harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of an App.

13Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to an App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using an App and delete it from your device at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

14Changes to These Terms or Our Apps

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time, with or without notice.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you additional mandatory rights that cannot be waived — in which case those rights apply alongside these Terms.
